Refund policy

📦 Refund & Return Policy

At ANTIOPA, we accept return requests **only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items** within 30 days of delivery.  
We do not accept returns for customer preference such as incorrect sizing, color change, or change of mind, as all products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us in advance at:

Include the following:  
- Your order number  
- Photos of the item and packaging  
- A brief explanation of the issue  

Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

📦 Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective or incorrect, we will provide a replacement.  
For other cases, please submit a return request first and place a new order separately.

❌ Items not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous or flammable goods

📦 EU Customers  
If your order was shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

💳 Refunds  
Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.  
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us again.
